Central Scheduling functions for all departments EXCEPT Nuclear Medicine (879-3296), Physical Therapy (771-1730), MRI (879-3622), Pulmonary (879-3481) and any doctor's office visits. If you need any of these services please call them directly.

We have a Scheduling Fax Sheet for your use which will be faxed to you upon receipt of your request.

Please be aware that we DO NOT do any scheduling for same day - for that you will need to contact the relevant department directly. All doctor's orders will need to be faxed directly to our department since we are not located in the hospital.

Hours of operation are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm daily.
