Mercy has a centralized process in place to provide an appropriate channel for patients and families to communicate concerns with quality of care or service received at the hospital.  A team approach is utilized involving patients, families, and health care providers coordinated through the Medical Affairs office to provide acceptable resolution to expressed concerns in an efficient and substantive manor whenever possible.
