Corrective Action:  As a member of the Medical Staff, you may be subject to corrective action for quality of care, impairment or behavioral issues.  There are 3 types of corrective action: routine, summary and automatic.   These categories are described in detail in Article 7 of the Medical Staff Bylaws.

Procedural Rights:  Once a member of the Medical Staff, you will be entitled to procedural rights in the event that you are the subject of an adverse action.  These procedural rights are described in the fair hearing plan in Article 8 of the Medical Staff Bylaws.
