Mercy's Emergency Response Program is your call for help when seconds count, providing access to emergency assistance if you're in need of help and unable to make a phone call.

Anytime, 24 hours a day, just push your "help button" when you need assistance. The button activates a signal that automatically calls the 24-hour monitoring service at the Response Center. Within seconds, the Response Center contacts you. Depending on your situation, the center will immediately contact your designated "responder" --- a neighbor, friend, relative, or a rescue service.
