Iron Chef USA, author, restaurateur and TV celebrity Todd English has been winning worldwide acclaim for more than a decade for his unique interpretations of rustic Mediterranean cuisine. Todd has received numerous awards from the food industry's most prestigious publications and has published three critically acclaimed cookbooks: The Olives Table, The Figs Table, and The Olives Dessert Table. In 2001, Todd was awarded Bon Appetit's Restaurateur of the Year award and was also named one of People Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People. In January, 2004, Todd launched his first ocean-going restaurant aboard the elegant, new Queen Mary II.
