If you are trying to be more physically fit and prefer to walk indoors join Mercy PaceSetters, the walkers program at the Maine mall.

Just one lap around the inside of the Mall and you will have walked a mile!

When you join, you'll get a free Mercy PaceSetters t-shirt, a mileage log and an invitation to join us once a month for a free breakfast with a speaker on health and wellness topics.

Mercy PaceSetters will also offer walking challenges and special recognition for reaching specific goals.

The Maine Mall opens for walking:

• 10 a.m. Sunday
